Job Requirements

  • Maximize and utilize viable and cost-efficient marketing efforts to increase incoming quote requests
  • Maintain and oversee sample design kit design and planning 
  • Conduct market analysis for new product pricing, trends and insights
  • Engage customers to derive feedback regarding pain points, new opportunities, trends and how to connect more effectively
  • Primary responsibility for quality and consistent brand messaging through all electronic, print and media outlets
  • Support Sales Team with creation and production of marketing materials
  • Manage logistics, marketing materials/efforts, setup, production selection, layout and ROI of 3-4 trade shows per year
  • Annual catalog development including photo shoot management/logistics, price list revisions, image, SKU management, layout and production
  • Oversee several key factors during new product loads such as, naming, sample prototyping, product testing, copywriting and sales training 
  • Manage large product digital image catalog and media toolkit
  • Create copy, layout and administer regular email blasts to leads, prospects and past customers
  • Manage all incoming leads in an organized fashion inside company’s enterprise operating computer software system
  • Develop yearly Marketing and Strategic budget-plan
  • Manage website changes, updates and upgrades as needed

  • 2-3 years of B2B Marketing experience
  • 4-year degree
  • Copy Writing experience
  • Trade Show management experience
  • Merchandise/Product sales experience
  • CRM software/ business management software system experience

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Photography planning
  • Technology and social media marketing experience
  • Previous experience in furniture and/or outdoor living industry 
  • List management and excel experience

  • Marketing and Interior Design background
  • Project layout experience
